The workshops of COOKING, OENOLOGY, BARTENDING and BARISTA have been designed under the guidance of the experienced executives of HotelBrain group and they are a guarantee of ensuring the best quality education in the field of Food and Beverage. At the same time the laboratories of FRONT OFFICE, HOUSEKEEPING and COMPUTER LAB transport you live to the area of Rooms D ivision in real working conditions. Outside the school, the secret garden of HotelBrain Academy awaits you, which will be a unique space for interaction and implementation of innovative events in which our students will be able to take part as part of their education.
